Josh S. Tatum

Josh Tatum has served as counsel to nonprofit and for-profit organizations for nearly fifteen years. He practices law with SLS Group and provides other consulting services through Amphikai, which he founded in 2026.

Josh counsels for-profit and not-for-profit entities, advising them on corporate governance, employment, contracts, insurance coverage, intellectual property, tax exemptions, land use, legal compliance, and risk management. His clients include corporations, limited-liability companies, religious organizations, charities, trade associations, and membership organizations.

Josh actively participates as a member of state and local legal communities. He currently serves as the Indiana State Bar Association House of Delegates’ Chair-Elect. He has chaired the appellate sections of both the Indiana State Bar Association and the Indianapolis Bar Association and served in other ISBA leadership positions. He also actively contributes to other church, charitable, and civic organizations.

Josh has served as parliamentarian for many membership meetings for church and professional organizations, some with hundreds of voting members.
